Sweet Baby S

I have been working on some newborn bonnets and tiaras the past couple of months and my friend Melanie had a baby girl just in time for me to try them out on a real life model :)
Welcome to the world beautiful baby S. It was a pleasure to hold you and be with you so fresh from Heaven.

Cake is Yummy..... Right?

LOL, while I was in Utah my sweet nephew (who looks so much like my brother, it is almost scary) turned 1. For his gift I told my brother that I would take some 1 year pictures of him and we decided to do a cake smash photo shoot. Let me warn you, I didn't get the reaction that I usually get when we gave him his very own cake. Take a look and you will see what I mean :)

"Not quite sure what to think of this stuff they call cake"
"Yeah, I don't think I like this stuff!"
"NOPE, I HATE THIS SO BAD. WORST DAY EVER!!!"
"Oh wait....let me lick some of this stuff off my lips. Hmm, I kindof like this. I guess you weren't trying to torture me after all:)"
Oh Daegan, it was so fun to see you and I wish so badly I could see you more often. I can't wait until the next time we meet!!

Utah Mini Session #2

So these girls are my faves! Their Mom and I started working together in 2006 at the best dental office in Northern Utah (or anywhere, really) and we have been best friends ever since! I have been taking pictures of her sweet kids pretty much since they were born. I love them and love seeing them grow up! Love you girlies, see you next summer!!

Utah Mini Session #1

I love our yearly vacation to UT. One of the reasons being: Mini Sessions!
I love being able to take pictures for the friends and family I left behind when we moved to Indiana and it gives me a good excuse to see them and hear what they have been up to.
These two cuties are my cousin Julie's cute kids. They are so photogenic and are so cooperative!! I just love them.

The Brauchla Family

This family was such a fun bunch to be around. These kids kept me laughing with their goofy personalities and C & K were as sweet as can be. I hadn't met this family before the evening of their photo session but they were so easy to talk to that it seemed like we were old friends.
Brauchla Fam:
I am so thrilled that I met you and I hope that you LOVE these photos of your cute family!

Tea For Three | Fishers Indiana Child Photographer

Meet three of my favorite little ladies! Their Momma Rebekah is one of my closest friends here in Indy and I can't get enough of this family!! Rebekah's husband had been gone for most of the Month of June for Reserves Duty so she decided she wanted to have a special Father's Day photo shoot to surprise him with when he got home. She had a great idea to have a Tea Party in her backyard and I think that it worked perfectly!! I love you girlies and I know your Dad will treasure these photos of you forever!

Beautiful People | Fishers Indiana Family Photographer

One of my favorite things about being a photographer is being able to get to know so many beautiful people. Everyone that I have ever photographed is beautiful both inside and out and this family is no exception. They are honestly one of the sweetest families I have ever met. They have taken my family in under their wing and made us feel so welcome in our home away from home. Oh, and my boys are totally obsessed with them so I had two little helpers while I was editing. They couldn't get enough of seeing their "babysitter" and her family.
Smith's, thanks for the fun evening and letting me follow you around snapping away. I love the images we got and think that they are true to your fun personalities!

Cookies and Milk | Hamilton County Child Photographer

Is there anything better than a delicious chocolate chip cookie paired with a tall glass of cold milk?!? I think not, and my little agrees :)
For his birthday this year I used a cookies and milk theme (because he loves them!!)
To go along with his party I thought a cookies and milk photo shoot was in order. It was so fun to spend some one on one time with him while his brother was taking a nap. (He should have been taking a nap too but he is my rebellious child and likes to show me who is boss every once in a while).

I think it's pretty obvious that this may have been P's favorite photo shoot to date.
I love you buddy!
